I have been asked how to manage frustration (or anger,anxiety feel of hopelessness). The answer is not easy but is simple.
Did you noticed that title was 6 ways to beat frustration not five or seven which is more usual in media (must be odd number to be catchy).
Back to the topic. There are number of ways to relive frustration. Some of those i don't recommend simply because after effect are worse than illness it self. This include medication that are addictive and long therm.
At this point i must warn reader that I am NOT doctor or medical practitioner.
