You may ask your self why this order. Would any other order of things be more efficient. You are just like me like to get things done. Fast and easy with out to much thinking.
Beating frustration can and will be big problem. So why not spend little bit of time getting things right the firs time.

Pray is good for you it gives you time to reflect on the problem at hand. Also can be and it is calming you down.

Now when you pray do not pray for your self but for other person thet is also frustrated with you ( my wife for example) . This will do two thing 1 make you fill better and 2 take focus from you to other person or thing ( car, boss, weather).
